These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TranslaStars Audio (the "Service"), a service of TranslaStars (info@translastars.com). By subscribing to a TranslaStars Audio plan, purchasing access, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1. Nature of the Content

• The audios, subtitles, and summaries available on the Service are summaries, courses, or critical analyses of other sources of information (books, courses, interviews, talks, articles, and similar materials).
• In no case do these assets use or reproduce verbatim fragments of the original sources beyond short quotations permitted by law for commentary and criticism.
• For a complete and accurate understanding of any subject, we strongly recommend that you also follow the full original courses, interviews, books, and other materials on which the assets are based.
• TranslaStars Audio assets are not a substitute for the original works and do not represent the views of the original authors unless expressly stated.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• The Service relies on artificial intelligence technologies to generate audio, subtitles, and summaries. AI systems can make errors.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TranslaStars is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, omissions, misunderstandings, or misinterpretations that the AI may cause or have caused in the generation of the assets, including but not limited to errors in transcription, translation, summarization, pronunciation, or factual content.
• Content generated by AI may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should verify important information against the original sources.
• You use the Service and its content at your own risk. TranslaStars does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated asset.

3. Use of the Service

• The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or publicly share the audio files, subtitles, summaries, or any other content of the Service, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from TranslaStars.
• You must maintain appropriate standards of behavior and may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

• TranslaStars Audio is available through a recurring subscription (currently €9.95/month) or as part of TranslaStars Subscription Plans.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe receipt email or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• All refunds (whether on courses or plans of any type) have a 25% charge over the price paid to cover the expenses of the purchase and refund operation.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

5. Intellectual Property

• All assets and content of the Service (audio, subtitles, summaries, branding, and software) are the property of TranslaStars or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described herein.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslaStars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
• TranslaStars is not liable for technical problems with the learning platform provider, the payment provider, or any other third-party service used to deliver the Service.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

• Personal data provided upon registration or subscription is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. You can contact us at info@translastars.com to access, modify, delete, or update your data.
• Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

8. Changes to these Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
